Peng Wu is currently a Postdoctoral Associate in the Research Laboratory of Electronics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 2021, and B.S. degree in Microelectronics from Tsinghua University in 2015.

His research interests include nanoscale transistors based on 2D materials, steep-slope transistors, including tunnel FET and cold-source/Dirac-source FET, and modeling of nanoscale transistors.

Nov 8, 2021 Peng joined Prof. Jing Kong’s group at MIT as a Postdoctoral Associate.
Jul 21, 2021 Peng passed his Ph.D. defense. Congratulations!
