Registration

Registration for in-person attendance has closed on April 3, 2023. Links for the registration have been sent via email to everyone who submitted an abstract. If you haven't received an email or would still like to register for remote participation, please contact us.

Conference Fee

The conference fee will be $500 with a reduced fee for students of $350. The fee includes a reception on Monday evening, as well as the conference dinner on Thursday evening.

Code of Conduct

The organizers are committed to providing a friendly and safe environment where diversity and inclusivity are valued. Harassment and offensive comments or behaviour related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, nationality or religion are not considered appropriate. The organizers expect all the participants to respect these values and behave professionally and respectfully of others to ensure that the meeting is productive and enjoyable for everyone. Any participant who wishes to report violations of the above guidelines can speak in confidence to one of the members of the Organizing Committee. Participants asked to stop any inappropriate behaviour are expected to comply immediately. The organizers thank all the participants for their cooperation in making this meeting welcoming for all.

Covid-19 regulations

For the safety and wellbeing of all participants, access to the meeting venue, transportation, and social events will be subject to compliance with the local laws and regulations related to the Covid-19 pandemic in force at the time of the event, which could include wearing face covering indoors and outdoors, and submitting evidence of a negative Covid-19 test or vaccination. Participants will be informed on the protocols in force prior to the start of the event. Attendees who are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 during the conference are requested to self-isolate and contact a member of the Organizing Committee.
