Sad Sad Nation
Was watching PBS which was running a show about food for the British Royal Family. Apparently, the queen likes to eat Fish and Chips when she's alone. The chef actually said, "Fish and Chips fit for a queen". Thats just so wrong! Reminds of the line from 'A Fish called Wanda'....
Rich South, Poor North...
Yet another article about the north-south divide building up in India. Remember the Shiv Sainiks beating up students from Bihar ? Wonder if this divide will get fixed sooner rather than later.
Yay!
Finally overcame my laziness and got a small TV. You haven't seen Rocky until you have seen it the 50th time on TV.
Now if I could only figure out the channel which will show Cheers re-runs at 2am and I'll be golden.
On a related note, I hate this marketing practice of closely positioned "price-points". I always overspend :-((
On yet another related note, the basic MIT cable package doesn't have Food Network :-((
