IDEAS winners have one year in which to spend their awards. The IDEAS staff supports the teams throughout the year, beginning with an intensive two-day retreat.

At the retreat, we work with teams on issues such as project management, team dynamics, fundraising and assessment. We also have a fun ropes course and camp fire, and there are opportunites to enjoy the grounds at the retreat location and swim in the lake. Each team leaves with a formal workplan for the year, and a list of short-term goals to get them started.

The retreat for winners of IDEAS 2007-2008 will be held on May 28 and 29, 2007.

This retreat is a required event for IDEAS winners.
