I am pleased to receive the Drescher Travel Award 2019, from the Department of Cell Biology, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
With this award ($750), I will be attending the ASCB|EMBO meeting 2019 as a minisymposium speaker and roundtable discussion leader.
I will be giving a talk on my research at the Minisymposium 14: Cell Polarity session. Our roundtable discussion will be on the topic of "Engineers and Cell Biology: An Emerging Mutualistic Symbiosis?".
