Maaya is an Ocean Engineering student at MIT and a soon-to-be-alum of the varsity sailing team. Her academic work involves ocean data collection, and this wouldn't be her first time spending a month on a boat. Maaya grew up in Virginia and now lives in Cambridge, MA.
Rujul is an Electrical Engineering & Computer Science student at MIT and a soon-to-be-alum of the lightweight rowing team. Her academic work includes studying sound and speech, and she fell in love with the outdoors through long-distance trail running around her hometown of Pune, India. She now lives in Cambridge, MA.
