How to apply?

Please email the following to sp.719@mit.edu. Now accepting applications for waitlist only.

1. Applicaton letter (~200 words) describing your background and reasons for interest in participating in the class. In your letter please try to address the following points:
• What background (if any, including both academic and non-academic) do you have in healthcare?
• What background (if any, including both academic and non-academic) do you have in innovation?
2. CV or resume.
3. Digital photo (for instructors' use only - this will not be posted).

Class admission decisions have been sent out. Applications for waitlist positions will be considered until Feb. 15 based on space availability.
