Atleast somebody's getting something good out of the floods in Assam. This guy's fishing on the water-logged NH-21. So, an interesting question is, how did the fish end up in this road-pool in the first place. This pic's taken from Indian Express' website.

Even the Guardian says our society has a renewed interest in food these days. It's a great article, though. The article talks about this street in Paris (where else!) with ultra-fresh produce where you can only buy if you have an account. There are no prices marked on the produce. So, of course, you don't know what you are paying. It's amazing how many ingenious ways people come up with to "spread the wealth".
