BASIC Read-Mode commands.

The "sequence" of messages is the sequence you specified when you gave
the read command at top-level; "read" alone means "read unseen".

help            get help on a command or topic.

[return key]    same as next.
next            display the next message in the sequence if any, or else
                  return to Top-Level.
previous        display the previous message in the sequence.
type            display the current message again.
header          see the one-line header for the current message.
browse		use browse mode to continue reading the sequence.

quit		return to top-level.
suspend		leave MM (suspend), return to shell.

the backtrack and follow commands have not been implemented.

   type "help" followed by the command name.
