The HEADER command is used to list a "headline" summary of the current
  message.  The summary line contains the sequence number, date,
  sender, subject, status and length of the message.

For example:			Displays summary of:
  header			  the current message   

The output would look something like:

    K  2) 23-Dec Walter Bourne   SAS graph stuff (1061 chars)
