Departmental Symposium: The Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department (MIE) holds an annual research symposium with talks and posters. This event is organized by the Association of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Graduate Students (AMIGAS) with the help of other groups and volunteer students, post-docs, and faculty members at MIE. IE 50th: Industrial Engineering at U of T is now over 50 years old. I had the opportunity to be one of the moderators in this event.
