...and then watched worriedly to see what the best man, bridesmaids, and parents would do...
...which turned out to be "give lovely, tasteful, and exceedingly short toasts."
Which was followed by a short toast in the form of a skit by Erika and Sebbo...
...and a toast by the groom's nephew ("These two have been dating as long as I can remember. It's about time they got married.")
And then it was time for the traditional Mummer's play, introduced (and written in large part) by Elizabeth Stone.
...Starring an entire chorus of bridesmaids...
...Liz Manicatide as the Doctor they call in...
...when all the bridesmaids and Johanna end up dead.
Jeff Bigler plays the string quartet they try after the Doctor fails...
...but eventually, all is worked out, with the help of the Narrator: Death gives up, the bride and bridesmaids are restored, and all is well again.
And then it was time for more dancing.
