The rules so far:

0. No whining of any sort.
1. Draws include all surviving players.
2. Orders will be due before you go to bed on Friday night, or at least before Friday is over. Results will be posted before I go to work on Monday.
3. Negotiate as much as you like, but only via e-mail.
4. Spots go preferentially to Frank, Jerry, people not playing Who Wants to Live Forever, and then first come first serve from there. I'll look at what I've got for players in a week.
5. Feel free to send me your preferences for countries you'd like to play (not play), including countries you never played and would like to or are sick unto death of. I may take this into consideration.
6. Non players are encouraged to send satirical press, mocking comics, and the like. Players can also send press, but will be soundly mocked if caught trying to send black press or negotiate via press. (Duh, real diplomacy: lie to them in your e-mail.)
7. There can be only one.

FYI:  TYS = Tyrrhenian Sea, Tya = Tyrolia, Tyr = ambigous (no moves)
      Lpl = Liverpool, Lvn = Livonia
      NWG = Nowegian Sea, Nwy = Norway
      GoB, GoL, NTH, ENG, ADS, AEG, WMS, EMS,...  we know all these right?
