About Me

Hello! I am a 4th year attending MIT as a QuestBridge Scholar. I’m studying Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Controls, Instrumentation and Robotics. Next fall, I’ll be an incoming MS/PhD student at Harvard University where I’ll be studying at the intersection of robotics and science and technology policy as a Harvard Graduate Prize Fellow. Significant advances in robotics threaten to exacerbate social inequity and I aim to understand the intersectional impact of these human-interactive machines to address these inequalities through both public policy and technological solutions.

Particularly, I’m interested in exploring how robotics can work alongside community grassroots efforts to aid shaping government regulation. Projects that I’ve worked on at MIT like Seaboat at the MIT Media Laboratory and Autonomous Drones for Air Pollution Tracking (ADAPT) affirm the public's right to know about environmental contaminants by making environmental data experiential and accessible. I hope to continue to work on technologies that increase collective community understanding and engagement in important civic conversations.

In my free time, I love producing music, choreographing with my dance team, and photography.
