Philosophy

In the spirit of open communication and expression, I like to give as much freedom with my work as possible, while protecting the fact that I put in time/effort/money towards it. At the same time, I do not want to infringe on the rights of others to express their opinions.

If you want to use my work, I probably will not have a problem with it, but I do just like to know about it. Thanks.

Terms of Use

In all case of the uses of my work, I expect some credit to that effect. For web publications, suitable credit can range from an explicit "photo courtesy of Chris McEniry" to a hidden link such as the following

<a href="foo" !photo courtesy of Chris McEniry(cmceniry@mit.edu)>

The use of my work is currently limited to the non-commercial web domain without the expressed written consent of the author. This includes any commercial web sites, commercial and personal publications and advertising, etc. I define commercial as anything that turns a profit for the organization that it represents.

For non-commercial and personal web use, feel free to include the image in a web page as long as you include the appropriate credit.

I reserve the right to restrict the use of my work when I disagree with the content it represents(i.e. only if I disagree strongly with your subject matter - this does not apply if you are reviewing my work).

These terms are subject to change without notice(although, I will make reasonable attempts to communicate any modifications to these terms).
