| It rained, hard, all day, so I was quite reluctant to take out the camera.
I did get it out for the toad, and got one decent shot.
I hope I'll get pictures of the mountain wildflowers some other time. On this trip, I saw bunchberry (cornus canadensis), starflower (trientalis borealis) and wild lily-of-the-valley (maianthemum canadense) which were all new to me as well as clintonia which I'd seen on Mt. Moosilauke. | |||||||
