The Banned Books On-line site provides links to many (in)famous books that
have once been censored, or currently are censored, in regions throughout the
world. The site offers brief histories of each book's suppression, as well
as further information on censorship itself and anti-censorship campaigns.
Through links to and education about these works, this site makes a case for
the universal accessibility of printed media.
