Using Room Funds

There is $75 per person available for room parties until funds run out.

Create a proposal, consisting of an itemized budget including date, time, and location of the room party, and send to bakerexec@mit.edu
75% of the participants in the room party must come to the exec meeting at least 4 days before
All remaining food from the party must be sent to the front desk, and remaining supplies and decorations go to Baker
Only Baker residents may be invited, and all Baker residents must be invited (send an email to baker-forum or baker-general 5-7 days before)
