Each of the Zoga moves mimics one or more referee hand signals in basketball, football, or ice hockey. The zebra reference refers to the fact that "zebra" is often a slang term for a sports official, owing to the fact that such officials often wear striped shirts.

The six-digit Zoga Pose numbers that accompany each signal in the video can be interpreted as three two-digit numbers, each one corresponding to one of the three sports. The colors were chosen to evoke the playing surface for each sport (i.e. brown is the wood floor of basketball, green is the grass field for football, and blue is the ice surface for hockey). In cases where the number for a sport is zero, it means that that signal isn't used for that sport. Otherwise, numbers are to be used as indexes into the official name of the call represented by that signal.

As there are slight different variations on the hand signals and official names of the various calls, the video suggests that you need to use the "official professional" versions of the names. Here are the relevant links: NBA (basketball), NFL (football), NHL (hockey). Enumerations for all the calls that were used in the puzzle are also given on the puzzle page, also color-coded by sport, to help as a cross-check (hockey pun intended!) that you've correctly identified all the signals and assigned them to the correct sport.

Taking each sport as a separate stream, indexing into the call from the number of the Zoga pose, and using the order presented in the video, you get three intermediate messages, each of which leads to one of the three final answers for the puzzle. The basketball stream yields 4TH DIMENSION, which is TIME; the football stream yields EDEN LEAF, which is FIG; and the hockey stream yields EGYPT BOY KING, which is TUT.
