1. Immunohistochemistry (IHC)

A protocol for the detection of antigens using antibodies in a tissue section. This protocol was optimized for parafilm embedded small-cell lung cancer mouse tissue samples.

2. Molecular Renderings for Publication

There are a lot of ways to perform molecular and chemical renderings but over the years I have found that VMD produces some of the most impressive images. I have created a protocol that anyone can follow to create publication-grade molecular renderings.
