Olsen Lab | July 2022 - Ongoing
I work with the Olsen Lab as a Software Consultant for the CRIPT project. My role is to bring the industry experience by working closely
with the researchers in integrating their work to the CRIPT project and making sure it is a fast, scalable and cost
effective solution. Some interesting work I did in this project:
-
I wrote the backend based on the Data
Model in python and also contributing to it's newer versions.
-
Build a scalable polymer search engine and api that powers CRIPT based on innovative research at the Olsen Lab with its
own query language BigMARTS
and new ranking method and similarity
score
-
Presented CRIPT at ACS Fall 2023, Moscone Center Expo Hall, August 13-17, 2023, San Francisco
I work with the MIT Climate & Sustainability Consortium as a Software
Consultant for the MCSC project. My role is to integrate different
researchers' projects into the datahub, as well as ensure the security and scalability of both the app and the data.
