The assignment is to search for other resources that are available. You can receive 3 Quiz points, up to a maximum of 15 points, for every unique source that include a NEW address that has a relevance to the course.
I will list those found on THIS page as they are submitted to me. The listing of the link does not mean that you have received credit for the link.

In one of our beginning homeworks we had to analyze some bamboo, so here is a practical application of the structural strength of bamboo in these bamboo composites. The file structur.html under this directory has information about bamboo as a structural member.

This is the current research page of the Structural Optimization Research Group of Australia (SORGA) They basically research the optimization of structures. this site has all the current research being done on structural optimization. I think they are optimizing for aircraft, but the principle of optimization remains the same for all structures.
