This is a recipe I got off one of the PBS cooking shows (I don't remember which one) which I have not yet tried, but it looked good. I saved it because I'm always on the lookout for new crock pot recipes. Fish Eye Pudding 1 cup large pearl tapioca (what you have there) 4 cups of water Soak tapioca in water overnight in a large crock pot container. Next morning, add 3 cups brown sugar pinch salt Cover; Cook on low for 12 hours. After 12 hours, add 1.5 tsp vanilla 1 cup walnuts Stir, turn into bowl, and cover top with whipped cream. The large pearls of tapioca are the "fish eyes".
