High Upside Activities

One must recognize that one must chose to either work on piddly little projects or on those where big results or an important changes are possible.

I, for example, constrain myself to only considering those new business opportunities which have large existing or potential markets and hence large upside. Rather than shooting for a business where a $1 Million per year revenue stream is likely (by one's own judgement), why not shoot for a $10-100 Million per year venture?

[More examples later. I personally advocate being consciously ambitious or unambitious.]
