Upcoming events

MIT Pro-Life is looking forward to the upcoming semester. The events we have planned include:

Vigil at Planned Parenthood: Join us Saturday, Nov. 21 at 9 am at Massachusetts Ave. From there we will head to a Planned Parenthood clinic and hold an hour long vigil (9:30 - 10:30am). You can stand there, hold a sign, pray, whatever you are comfortable doing. We will be joining Tufts Students for Life.

Information booth: Approximately every other Friday during the school year 2009-2010, 10am-2pm, Lobby 10 in the Infinite Cooridor

Look for our information booth! We have information about the scientific and legal aspects of abortion as well as places to go for help.

Past events

We hosted Dan Norton who gave a talk on Abortion and Moral Relativism on Nov. 2, 2009

MIT Prolife took part in this year's Massachusetts Walk for Life on Oct. 4, 2009

During Spring 2009 MIT Pro-Life engaged in the following activities:

- Red envelope campaign. As part of a wider national effort, we sent red envelopes to the White House, letting the president know that defending the unborn is still a vital issue for many of us.

- Petition to MIT Medical for refund of elective abortions covered by MIT's health plan

The petition is still open! You can sign it HERE.
