I'm a third year PhD student in the Computational and Systems Biology (CSB) PhD program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I'm doing my thesis research with professors Phil Sharp (Koch Institute) and Chris Burge (Biology).

I obtained my B.S. and M.S. degree from Tsinghua University, China. My advisors were professors Rui Jiang, Shao Li, and Michael Zhang
