Very little is known about this entity. He was one of Orlanth's companions on the Lightbringers' quest, although none of the accounts actually state what Flesh Man's role in this quest was. Historical references to Flesh Man talk about his "gibbering".
Flesh Man receives no active worship. It is unknown whether he even still exists.
