Hi! I'm Tristan Shin. I'm currently a Master's student at University of Cambridge, working towards a MASt in Pure Mathematics (Part III). I will be starting my PhD in math at UCSD this fall. Previously, I graduated from MIT with a degree in music (course 21M) and math (course 18) with a minor in computer science. I am passionate about math and music, especially about sharing what I can with others. During my time at MIT, I served as the music director of the MIT IAP Orchestra, the tournament director of HMMT, and was involved in various other orchestras and math programs.
