The grid may be filled in the manner of a "Some Assembly Required" crossword, as seen below. The shapes and locations of the "Pieces" must be determined by logic.

Six pieces are clued only as "Message x" and must be determined by the crossing clues, and their unique lengths. The message parts, ordered A - F, read UNDER TEN / WHITE / OVER TWENTY / BLACKEN / REST / RED.

Coloring the grid using the pieces numbers depicts a particular forest denizen, a FOX.
