The bank of lockers described in the flavor text is located in the basement of the Stata Center across the hall from 32-040. As an extra clue, the puzzle title is an anagram of Stata Center. This bank of lockers is shown below:

Evaluating each of the bits of information in the image according to the numbering and erratic pattern of locker door colors and carrying the true/false states for each locker through the logic gates yields a final true or false for each locker. This spells the answer DAZED.
