Solution: True Unholy Puzzle

SOLUTION:
This puzzle is pretty straightforward.  There are two grids.  In the first
one, you have to decipher the black/death metal logos and identify the
famous figures in black metal and enter them into the grid.  They are all
in order, so you know the number of letters, therefore no cluing is used
as it doesn't seem to be necessary.  There are only three people pictured -
Fenriz of Darkthrone from the cover of 'Transilvanian Hunger',
Euronymous (signed), and Abbath of Immortal from the cover of 'Battles In
The North'.  The only different thing is Euronymous' real name 'Oystein
Aarseth' is used as this is a very well known thing in black metal or for
anyone who might use the book 'Lords Of Chaos' as a reference.  Anyway
it's easy to read the message even without getting all the names, down one
of the only two columns that reach all the way top to bottom:

Reading "TUNE IN WMBR TEN PM FRIDAY"


This indicates that the second part will be broadcast in our Nite Owl slot
on WMBR on Friday night.  As many teams will not be at this point by then,
recordings of the show are made available to people getting here late.  On
the show, there will be a "contest" in which six fragments of black metal
songs are played.  The goal here is to decipher what the singer is singing
in each clip, and enter it into grid 2.  As this is a possible "dead-stop"
point, because if you can't understand something you just can't understand
it, the title of each song is also clued in the introtext.  Also, the
songs are from very well known bands that even newcomers to the scene
should know about, so if a team can't solve it just by listening they
should be able to get pretty much any black metal head to recognise them.
