For centuries, alchemists toiled in their dark, secret laboratories,
attempting to alter one metal into another metal, with their ever-greedy
eye open for the secret of turning lead into gold. Although their
quest was not successful, today we enjoy many wondrous inventions
based on their work, such as Silly Putty, Pizza, Telephones, Light
Bulbs, and of course, Karaoke.
