I am an associate professor in the Program in Atmospheres, Oceans, and Climate in the Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences at MIT.

My research interests are in atmospheric dynamics and the hydrological cycle. I am particularly interested in the behavior of precipitation and the general circulation in different climates.
