BASIC Top-Level commands.  

help            get help on a command or topic.
headers         see a list of messages in your current mail file.
read            read messages in your current mail file.
review          read messages in your current mail file.
send		send a message to someone else.

exit            leave MM (suspend) and expunge messages marked 
                  for deletion.
quit            leave MM (suspend) without expunging.
suspend		leave MM (suspend) without expunging.
bye             leave MM (kill) with choice whether to expunge.

   type "help" followed by the command name.
