OTHER commands.  Miscellaneous commands in Send Mode.

blank           blank the screen.
cd              Change the current working directory of the MM process.
echo            display text on screen (use in take files).
list            send the current message to a file or program.
literal         [prefix to type, list and print commands]
push            start a subshell.
route           forward mail delivery to another address.
spell           check spelling in the current message.
take            execute MM commands contained in a file.
!               Execute shell commands or programs from MM.  For help, type
                  "help shell".
