HEADER-FIELD commands.

These commands all make changes to the outgoing message.

to              add addresses to the TO field.
cc              add addresses to the CC field (carbon copy).
bcc             add addresses to the bcc field (blind carbon copy).
remove          remove an address from the to, cc or bcc fields.
fcc             add a filename to the fcc field (save a copy in a file).
subject         rewrite the subject field.
in-reply-to     rewrite the in-reply-to field.
from            rewrite the from field.
reply-to        add an address to the reply-to field.
keyword         add a keyword to the keyword field.
unkeyword       removes a keyword from the keyword field.

erase           remove an entire field.
user-header     create your own header field.
