unanswer

UNANSWER  -  remove the A indicator from the current message

Usage:  UNANSWER

The UNANSWER command removes the A indicator from the header line of
  the message.  The A shows that you sent a REPLY or ANSWER.  It might
  be that you answered only part of the original message and want to
  continue to categorize it as unanswered.

Example:
    Read>headers 
      A   16) 13-Feb abc4          Big party planned
    Read>unanswer 
     16
    Read>headers 
          16) 13-Feb abc4	   Big party planned
