OTHER commands.  Miscellaneous commands in Read Mode.

blank           blank the screen.
bug             send mail about possible bugs in MM to the mm maintainer.
cd              Change the current working directory of the MM process.
continue        resume a send after aborting or quitting from send mode.
echo            display text on screen (use in take files).
edit            edit the current message.
jump            reset the "current" message.
list            send the current message to a file or program.
literal         [prefix to type, list and print commands]
push            start a subshell.
route           forward mail delivery to another address.
spell           check spelling in the current message.
take            execute MM commands contained in a file.
!               Execute shell commands or programs from MM.  For help, type
                  "help shell".
