Each guest brings at least one seed image of a being to serve as the basis for an eventual manifestation.

Answer the question of how each being would be wildly generous or guide us to wild bounty... what is the gift they bring to epiphany? Synanim is the only writing constraint. The gifts that come may be more Saturnalia or more solemn or more sweet: whatever the new year calls for should arise from the collective process. Include a title/name for each role.

Synanim: an evolutionary process for collaborative writing. A question is posed and everyone writes their response to it. Then, read the others' pieces and synthesize anew. Repeat until a steady state is reached.

Make a card for each being. Paste the seed image and write the synanim story on one side; on the other side, an exquisite collage. These cards will be randomly assigned to guests. Also collect fèves to hide in the food.

Have a pile of regalia that guests may don in bringing the gifts of their assigned being. Each guest should come in black clothes (or another colour agreed upon beforehand).

These gifts are the basis for the feast.
