Themes for Administrative Staff Performance Reviews 1996 These are the possible "themes" produced in the ILEAD meeting on Feb. 7, 1996. The question was whether to take two or three of these as something that we believe everyone in the IS structure might work on as part of the performance review goals for the next year. The next step could be for a small group to take the first three themes and write a paragraph about what this kind of "theme" would mean for the IS performance reviews.
