As our agenda has been shaping up, I see that we are ALREADY using the questions implicitly. I feel that this upcoming meeting will be better than the last one. Notice how Dave is already following through with Question 4 by getting the revised list out IN ADVANCE? My agenda item will explicitly answer questions 2 and 3 by suggesting a little tool to take back to the office to exert a little more control over "where the time goes". I believe we have implicitly answered that the items oun our agenda answer question 1 in the affirmative. Anyway, enjoy the questions. -wdc QUESTION 1: "Is there a specific issue or group of issues that needs to be presented to the assembled group and discussed in vivo?" QUESTION 2, 3: "Which of the already identified hot topics for the group does this presentation address? How does it move that hot topic forward?" QUESTION 4: "Is this agenda item served by background information that must be distributed in advance and reviewed prior to discussion?"
