Specifying Print Areas


Formula One for Java prints all the data on the active worksheet unless you specify the range(s) you want to print by setting the print area.

To set the print area:

  1. Select the range or ranges to print.
    You can select multiple ranges to print; the ranges do not have to be adjacent. For example, a print area could be comprised of two ranges, A1:D4 and F5:I8.
  2. Select File > Print Area > Set Print Area.

The print area is set.

To remove a previously set print area:

All data on the worksheet will appear on any printout.
