There is no rant here. That's ok. There used to be some useful links related to MIT's ilg-talk movement, which started before I got here, flared up in Fall of 1997 in the controversy around Scott Krueger, and helped lead to the eventual split of the LGC from the IFC.

Most of the links are no longer good, so I'm not trying to maintain a list any more.

You can tell MIT focuses on math and science; anyway, if you're not from MIT, you'll have little use for the server called forums.mit.edu.
