The schedule given below is the current plan, and as such it can and probably will change during the term. In essence, the course is divided into two parts, with an exam at the end of each part. The second exam is scheduled as a final exam, but will only cover the last half of the course. The exam dates have not been set yet.

There are eight short problem sets assigned out of the textbooks, along with two longer cases. The readings in the schedule are to be done before the class day in which they are listed.
