This lab will use an object recognition/image classification example to teach how to apply deep learning to practical problems.  You will learn how to: import and manage large datasets; train, evaluate and compare different deep learning models; extract discriminative information from images, and; use transfer learning to fine-tune neural networks for new tasks. We will use the new MATLAB framework for deep learning and real-world examples including data used for ADAS and autonomous driving.
