Eric and Johanna's Wedding: The Reception

The cake, from Rosie's Bakery --
Layer 1: Chocolate cake, chocolate ganache filling, with a layer of crystallized giner spread.
Layer 2: Golden butter cake, with orange buttercream frosting.
Layer 3: Hazelnut cake, with mocha buttercream frosting.
All covered in chocolate ganache, decorated with flowers coordinating with the bride's bouquet.


Eric beholds the groom's cake, made by the bride's mother in the shape of completely accurately-keyed clarinets. (Chocolate cake, chocolate frosting.)

The bride's mother, Susanna, lays out the centerpieces she designed (potted herbs for the guests to take home, ornamented with grape-vine wreaths with quotes about love.


The bride and groom's nephew and cousin, wreaking havoc.
