This spell creates a cloud of heavy burning vapors. These vapors cling to anything that they can causing 3d6 damage per round of magical fire damage. If a creature leaves the cloud the vapors cling to him for next 3 rounds, each round the damage die decreasing by one (i.e. 3d6,2d6,1d6). A successful saving throw with a -2 penalty allows the creature to shake off the cloud after leaving the area of effect. When this spell ends, everything that was in the area of effect is badly burnt. The cloud appears as a billowing cloud of red vapors. There is minimal visibility within the cloud. The cloud flows at 10 ft/rd in the direction of low ground. A moderate breeze can alter its course. A strong wind breaks up the spell in 4 rounds. When spells duration expires, it does not instantly wink out of existance but rather fades away doing 1 die less of damage each round till it disappears.
