Ishai Menache

I am an associate researcher in the Cloud Computing Research Group (CCRG) led by Jim Larus. CCRG is part of the Extreme Computing Group (XCG), Microsoft Research in Redmond. Until recently I was a visiting researcher with Microsoft Research New England.  I obtained my PhD at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Technion, Israel, and subsequently was a postdoctoral associate at the Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems in MIT.

Research Interests: My current research efforts are focused on Cloud Computing, with emphasis on pricing and resource allocation aspects. More details can be found in my MSR home-page.
More broadly, my areas of interest include communication networks, game theory and machine learning.
