Article about the value of real-time search, which is searching of real-time sources of information such as Twitter. NESP could be setup to provide similar real-time data streams, except for researchers. How might that change the nature and speed of research?

The interesting thing here is that Google is no longer licensing data from TeleAtlas or Navteq. They are generating it themselves. Access to the appropriate location-based databases is becoming increasingly valuable.
