Giving to ESG

ESG is able to sponsor an exciting undergraduate seminar series as well as extra community activities for its freshmen in large part because of the generosity of our alumni.

Please note that our Dean has promised matching funds for the next $10,000 donated by alumni, and that your employer may also have a matching funds program.

For a gift of $100 or more you will receive a DVD of interviews with current staff and student that we think you will find fun and interesting.

Online Giving:

You can contribute directly to ESG through MIT's gift giving website at https://giving.mit.edu/givenow/GiftStart.dyn . The process is simple and takes only a few minutes by following these steps:

• The link above will take you to Step 1 of the secure online gift form.
• At the bottom of the page, type "ESG” into the search box.
• On the next screen, you will see the ESG fund - choose "add to my gift list"
• You will be taken to "My gift list" next - from here, click the button "Give Now"
• The next screen will confirm that this is the fund you would like to give to - click the button "Continue" and proceed with your transaction.

Giving by mail:

Please make a check payable to MIT and enclose a note indicating that your contribution is for the Experimental Study Group (ESG) Fund #2667700. You can mail your check to:
